Robin is a Compassionate Coach.
Mindful Movement was developed by Robin Okun, a licensed clinical social worker with more than 25 years of experience in mind-body healing.
Robin is also a certified Nia™ instructor, with several levels of training in the technique. Today, she is moving beyond Nia™ to develop her own unique style of Mindful Movement.
Robin is known nationally as a warm and engaging therapist, coach and workshop presenter based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. In group settings, individual sessions and weekend retreats, she helps women discover pleasure, passion and comfort in their bodies.

Classes at the Mindful Movement studio in Ann Arbor are open to all women. Individual sessions are also available.
In addition, Robin offers private specialty groups for women and adolescent girls. Groups with a supportive dialogue component are available for:
- Eating disorders.
- Cancer and other health challenges.
- Chronic pain conditions such as arthritis and fibromyalgia.
You can also join Robin for a weekend self-care retreat with a group of like-minded women. Participants will focus on well being and gain a tool box of practices to take home.
